People come to counselling for many different reasons. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or you’re noticing patterns in your relationships that feel difficult to shift. Sometimes there is a clear issue you want to work through; other times there's a nagging sense that something just isn’t quite right.
Counselling offers a space to slow things down and focus on you. Together, we make room to reflect on your experiences and understand how your thoughts, feelings and relationships interact. This often involves recognising recurring themes, especially where things feel confusing, emotionally charged, or hard to move through. I am here to support you to feel clearer, steadier and more able to respond intentionally rather than feeling driven by habit or emotion.

I offer a calm, confidential place where you can speak openly without censorship - including the parts of your experience that feel messy, contradictory, or hard to say out loud. The work is held with care and respect, with the aim of helping you feel more grounded and better able to navigate your life in a way that feels right for you.
Individual Counselling Sessions are £70 for 50 minutes
