My name is Kelli, and I am an integrative counsellor based in Warfield and Ascot, offering face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling. My work is grounded in a belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly, at their own pace and without judgement.
My path into counselling grew from many years in high-intensity support roles within prisons, schools, domestic abuse refuges and counselling services. These environments shaped my understanding of complexity, resilience, and the ways people adapt to survive difficult circumstances. They also deepened my commitment to supporting people as they navigate challenges, relationships, and periods of transition.
Alongside my formal counselling training, I have many years of experience in participating in and facilitating groups within relational and experiential workshops. This work has given me a deep, embodied understanding of how people relate, how patterns emerge in relationships, and how emotions are held and expressed. It continues to inform my ability to work confidently with complexity while maintaining a calm, steady and supportive therapeutic space.

I combine psychodynamic, systemic and humanistic approaches. This means I pay attention to patterns in relationships, how past experiences shape the present, and the impact of the wider social and relational systems that people are a part of. I work collaboratively at a pace that feels manageable, offering you space to reflect and make sense of what is happening. This work often involves noticing and gently exploring the ways you relate to yourself and to others.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space to explore the complexities of relationships, intimacy, identity, and personal growth. I work respectfully with individuals and relationships of all kinds, including those navigating monogamy, consensual non-monogamy, and diverse relationship structures.
